This means typically for the purpose for you to find matching job opportunities or to receive skills recommendations, learning suggestions, and other career-related advice, or if you represent a company, to connect you with candidates interested in the open job positions available at your company. In addition we process Personal Data to comply with legal obligations. We also process your Personal Data for legitimate interests such as allowing our other members to view your Personal Data.

Sometimes we need your consent to process Personal Data, such as for sending you newsletters and promotions. Before you can register via our Website we also ask for your explicit consent so that we can:

  • Offer you those services in this Privacy Policy that specifically require an act of consent from you.

By registering to our platform you are subscribing to also receive emails from us related to the provision of our service to you. If you attend our events, please be informed that we take photographs and video during events which we organize as part of our offline activities, which may include pictures and/or videos of you and we may use these materials for promotional purposes. We will remind you of such actions during the events themselves.

Please note that in case of overdue payments, we will however need to retain your email address, phone number and company details if applicable for communication purposes. For internal use, we will also keep generic, non-personal data regarding your activity as a member.

If, in the future, we undergo any sort of corporate reorganization, we may need to transfer your personally identifiable information to the surviving entity.


When you want to invite a friend to amplaffy, we will send a message to the email address or number you submit to us. We won't share this email address or number with anyone else. We will tell the recipient that you have asked us to send this message. By choosing to invite a friend you confirm that your friend has agreed to receive the message.
